Who we are
Miglani Builders Limited is a building company working in London. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 09895409.
We carry out house extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, new builds and commercial construction. Our clients include homeowners improving the house they live in, landlords and investors, and businesses who need their premises built, altered or refurbished.
How we work
- We explain things plainly. If something will affect cost, timing or the finished result, you hear about it early.
- We put quotes in writing so you can see what is and is not included.
- We tell you which permissions apply, such as planning permission, Building Regulations approval and party wall notices, so they are dealt with at the right time.
- We keep the site tidy, protect the parts of your home that are in use and respect your neighbours.
- We check the work as it goes, not just at the end.
